Summary of Operations

HF Pactor / Winmor stations use USB - Upper Side Band

All EMComm Pactor user stations have an unlimited daily access time limit, during an approved exercise or actual emergency situation. Consider others needs may have a higher priority and keep connections limited to required and authorized messages.

Review the RMS station sign on banner at the time of connection for any special notices.

The station is operational on HF and VHF frequencies as indicated in the following table. WINMOR frequencies available on request.
