     Membership Dues of $20/yr will start this Sept. 07, and will allow Telnet access by Internet 
     and computer, to access worldwide packet BBS messages, through the KPG BBS.
     A user id and password will be set-up for your Telnet access.
     
    
     Otherwise meetings and 9600 baud access to the KPG Node/BBS, is free.
