Submit YOUR photos! Please include a short narrative and remember, pictures are MUCH more attractive if they have a PERSON in them. So, put yourself in FRONT of the camera, please. If you don't have access to a scanner, you can mail me the picture, which I will scan and return to you. (Email me for the mailing address.) However, if you do your own scanning, please keep the finished product under 20K in size. Thanks much! -Bob.

Bob, VE3BDB, was one of VA3ORP's outstations on August 14/99 when Dave was operating from Kingston's Martello Towers (see above). Notice the two 19 sets, the top one of which is in operation. Bob has the key strapped to his leg and is in QSO with VA3ORP. The top rig is a MkIII and the bottom a MkII. Antenna used was a G5RV, the apex of which was up about 40 feet.

Mike, LA5MT, Oslo Norway, with the 19 set station he used for Atlantic Hop II. It's a U.S.-made WS19 MkII, connected via an MFJ antenna tuner to a GAP Voyager Vertical antenna. Just below the #19 set you can see an AN/GRC-165 transceiver.
