Submit YOUR photos! Please include a short narrative and remember, pictures are MUCH more attractive if they have a PERSON in them. So, put yourself in FRONT of the camera, please. If you don't have access to a scanner, you can mail me the picture, which I will scan and return to you. (Email me for the mailing address.) However, if you do your own scanning, please keep the finished product under 20K in size. Thanks much! -Bob.

VA3ORP with the Canadian CPRC-26, a six-channel VHF rig operating in the 6M ham band! Output is about 1/3 watt and the set is all tubes. The main lesson learned from using this set to get the Vintage Operator's Award endorsement is to ensure the battery and handset connections are absolutely clean and brightly polished. Maximum range is three miles when both the whip antenna and the counterpoise are used.

Chris, VE3CBK, with the W.S. #19 Mk III and the Canadian High Power Amplifier. Note, just to the left of Chris' head, the British amplifier.

Dave, VA3ORP, and his W.S. #19 Mk III, serial C77160. This photo was taken during Atlantic Hop II. His spare rig (a Mk II) can be seen in the background.
