Absolutely no warranty you'll find my links page the same next time you visit it. Working on it...Some of the web pages I have links to are in Russian. I don't speak Russian, however I can understand some, especially technical writing. I can't offer complete translations but in some cases I can help to get some idea.
Internet use in Russia has really surged in recent years and a wealth of ham radio related information available in Russian is tremendous. We can only regret that there's such a big language barrier which makes use of it very difficult for most of us.
Automatic on-line translators are available on the Web. They are not perfect but can help in gaining some understanding.
