The following hyperlinks are telnet URLs. Therefore, your
browser must be configured to launch a telnet application.
Also note that access restrictions may apply to many of these sites and
these privileges are administered by the sysops themselves.
Therefore, if a site requires a password or other form of user
authentication, please e-mail the sysop, not me. Thanks
This is a full blown LINUX/TNOS gateway operated by the Halifax Packet Group (HPG). VE1SMU has world-wide AXIP links and forwarding partners world-wide as well. There are usually about 4000 amateur bulletins on hand.
To get privileges to telnet into the Maritime Canada Packet network (MARCAN), leave a message addressed to SYSOP (VE1TTL) with name and callsign. As in most TNOS/JNOS systems, use callsign for logon, and name for password, both in lower case.
InterNet to AX.25 gateway
People may telnet to the system and logon with their callsign. If they wish to access the Yukon AX.25 network, they must "sp vy1rw" with a verifying note containing their callsign AND desired password and Richard (VY1RW) will upgrade them for access to the AX.25 network in the Yukon.
