End User Agreement - EULA

It is quite startling what the software manufacturers dare.
The shoemaker can't sell paper shoes. Purchase software
and protect your investment against incorporated burglars.

The End User agrees to buy software under following conditions:
Who bought the software is the software owner.
The owner has right to make a back-up copy.
The software has 2-years guarantee.
There is no such thing as "after sales license agreement".
The Software update is smaller in size, faster, and brings new features.
The Software does not carry any signature of monopoly.
The Software is stable, running on stable OS.
The Software runs independently of hardware ID.(hw upgrades)
The Software has no built-in hidden features, not revealed before the purchase
Such as:
- User tracking
- Privacy invasion
- Time bound license or hard drive locked license
- HD cluster locked license
- Requires continuous free debugging activities named "support"
- Messaging to the sw manufacturer or other parties
- Single port locked Dongle
- Part of the software is repeatedly crashing or generating erroneous results
- Partial help file with automatic-text blind entries
- Forcing the user to purchase additional stuff. "Installation service", plug-ins, or missing files.
- Computational speed does not reflect demonstrated speed. Precompiled files to fake the speed.
- Wrong keyboard mapping
- Ignoring existence of mathematical symbols
- Erroneous software behavior on machines with multiple code pages
- Ignorance of publicly used standard
- Partially patented software algorithms
- Intended waste of hardware resources
- Software does not have version control
- Can't handle two files with identical names. RASH and rw...rw..r properties.
- Security flaw and holes
- Creating so called psychological machine

In case of limitations above and any similar limitations causing hidden and ill-fated
state of the software, the owner has right for product return and full reimbursement
within 2 years.
