  Disaster continues. FCC found the BPL provider in Manassas, FL not interfering with other services.... The interference case is pending for two years. The Question stands, who bribed the FCC shaver?

FFC cancelled the cw requirements and released all bands.
The walkie talkie morons are looking forward to invade all bands on Friday Feb.23.2007.

   The ARRL versus FCC in the court. The FCC lost the case. The ARRL won. Will see how the young moron is going to clean the mess. The public notes are quite short. I smell roof rats. Rats to hide the whole thing under the carpet.

BPL and PLC is a broadband data transmission over high voltage power lines and power distribution system. The radio spectrum is protected a watched with keen eye of ITU (International Telecommunication Union) in Geneva, ETSI, FCC and other national offices. The unique spectrum is shared by everybody. Present state of the shortwave wireless spectrum is worse than in the 80's. One can hardly forget the times when overseas broadcast was jammed. However, today the jamming comes from the other side. From the power distribution companies and BPL,CPL providers.

What's cooking :
The FCC office was secured. Friends and lawyers got the VP office positions. No matter they don't have any clue about the technology. They have no clue about any technology! In 2004 the FCC was ordered to release short-wave radio spectrum to the power distribution companies and corporations. These companies transmit broadband data over the power lines. The radiated spectrum occupies range from 0 up to 60MHz. The radio spectrum radiated from the power lines bounces off the ionosphere, propagates along the daylight grayline, bounces back to the earth, and jamms local broadcast thousand miles away. Reception of the local and overseas broadcast is screwed on the local level, and worldwide level. Some bureaucrats made decision to jamm the whole world. Welcome to a New World, the big brother will make the right decision for you.

The signal is strong. You can see it with oscilloscope on the AC wall outlet.
There is a help. Call your local power distributor and ask him to stop the jamming. If there is no help, file a law suit and action for damages.
