Unstamped IRC's are worthless and your QSL will be returned via BURO.

Effective 11 May, 2009 US Postage rates are $0.44 for Domestic, $0.75 for Canada, $0.78 for Mexico and $0.98 for International mail. If you send an S.A.S.E. affix the proper postage.
