This is a simple design which uses the
normal electric wiring conduit and 7/20
house wiring cable - "Seven NOS of
20 SWG wire "

The wire is 57.5 inches long [ longest arm]
The shorter arm is 19.5 inches long.

Base is just 2 inches.

The While supporting board is the
one which we use for making switch boards.

Nothing is critical other than the dimension
of the wire and the feed point.

Feed Point about 2.5 inches from the base.
Use SWR meter to find the point giving 1:1

Somehow my Antenna with this dimension
gets 1:1 on 145.000 MHz
