European stations:

1. Memorial station from Sevastopol, EO5_JS (operates every year, in the beginning of May) - 100 points
2. Club stations from Sevastopol (UU9JWI, UU9JWL) - 50 points.
3. Other stations from Sevastopol (UU9, UT5J) - 25 points.

Stations from other continents, SWLs, 160m and VHF QSOs are given double points.

Points are counted for QSOs (SWLs) beginning from 1 Jan 2001.  
Dupes are OK on different bands and different modes.

The memorial stations are dedicated to the Victory Day (the end of the World War II).
In 2001, we had EO56JS (about 750 QSOs). In 2002 - EO57JS (over 4500 QSOs).
