Minutes:

AA)EXAM SESSION: An Exam session was sucessfully conducted on Jan 20 2000. 5 
candidates took the exam of which 3 were sucessful, 2 of them being technician 
class. It was decided to conduct another exam session in the near future.

BB)New members Mr. Cecil Sipma and Mr. John Randle were welcomed into the 
club.

CC)Club dues: Club dues were set at $10.00 for a year for students and $15.00 
for a family membership payable in 2 insatlments.

DD)Club account: It was decided to open a bank account at the UT Federal 
Credit Union.

EE)Mr. Sipma has agreed to donate his vertical antenna to the club, the club 
is thankful to him for that.

FF)Web Page: It was decided to hand over the web page management to Michel 
Coffey who is also the control operator of the club station.

GG)Michel Coffey has agreed to conduct CW classes for those whoi wish to 
upgrade their licenses.
