| November 12, 1999 Recently I had reason to conduct business with Anton Koval, UT7CT. I was somewhat concerned with doing business with a former "East Block" company however my fears were unfounded and I am happy to report that I was more than satisfied with the outcome. Anton did more than he promised and this certainly is the mark of a reputable and reliable person.
