Ukrainian Islands Award

    The "UIA" is awarded for making QSOs/SWLs with five DX-peditions
(different calls) at least on three different Ukrainian islands
(see 'Help Directory'). 
Bands and mode are unlimited. Only one QSOs/SWLs with each
 DX-pedition (call) is valid for the award. 
Endorsements (10, 15, 20-Honor, 25-TOP Honor)
are available for multiples of five additional islands. 
Fee:  5 IRCs / 3 USD; each  endorsement  - 2 IRCs / 1 USD
