Hello!
My name is Vlad Ageev. I was born in 1974. I am radio engineer, but work as radio technician at
local airport.Since 1986 I am playing with our comon hobby - RADIO. As of age of 12 I could only
have an SWL callsign, so till 1994 I was UB5-068-997 and US-W-7 after callsigns reform in
ex-USSR. Licensed in April,1994 and became UR5WCW. Most of my free time I spend on my
club station UT7WZA, I became a member in 1989. I like DX-ing, contesting and award hunting.
I dont have too much but everything is in the future. HI!
I am married and have one daughter. My wife is also radioamateur, but she only has an SWL callsign.

My RIG is homemade, 50 watts, antenna Dipoles for 20 and 15 meters. Computer AMD 450
MHz, using soundcard for digital modes. CT1800 for 2 meters communication and packet on VHF.
