My firstname is Jury and my lastname is Ivlev. I was born 1985 in Krasnoarmejsk city, Ukraine. With the computer i work from early childhood, as well as my father, i am radioamateur. I study there French language. Callsign has received in 1998. In the beginning of radioamateur activity, actively worked on HF, but now work only on UHF and in Packet radio. 
     I am by the constant participant of all local radioamateur conferences.
