| I was born in the Ust-Kut town (Irkutsk region - exUSSR #124) in the Jan 5, 1975. Radio has taken a great interest since 12 years and first time I has appeared in an air in a 1990 using call sign UA0SRX (i had home made tranceiver "Radio-76" with 5Watts output power and triangle antenna), since a 1998 and till the present time I use call sign UA9OTY. Large role in mine hobby has played the study at Novosibirsk state technical university and my friend Andy Astanin (RW9OW), which is the chief of a collective radio station university (RW9OWD). | |||||

| Since 1995 i work as the programmer in edition of the Free Ads newspaper "Doska Obiavleniy". The Doska Obiavleniy Free Ads Paper is published in Novosibirsk (total population: nearly 2,000,000 inhabitants) which is the third largest city of Russia, big commercial, industrial and cultural center situated in West Siberia, and it`s a good place to find friends and partners. The Doska Obiavleniy Free Ads Paper is published weekly (nearly 30,000 copies), every issue up to 180 pages including colored cover. Our newspaper too large, therefore I should work very much. However when come weekend, i with pleasure turn on my tranceiver and i work in an ether! | |||||
