All QSLs sent directly to the manager should
contain a self addressed envelope (SAE) and one IRC or two US$ for
Europe and 3 US$ for other continents. PLEASE
DONT SEND ANY IRC VALID TIL DEC. 31, 2009!!! ONLY
BRAND NEW IRC VALID TO THE END OF YEAR 2013!!!
They will be
answered 100% within a few days not before the end of 2009. All additional contribution will be used to develop HAM
radio in Tunisia (see sponsoring). QSLs with only one green
stamp ($) will be answered via bureau because it it not enough for foreign mail.
The QSLs sent via the bureau will also be
answered immediately via the bureau.
