TI5A ARRL SSB DX 2004 & 2005

Ti5A is a Costa Rica issued amateur radio callsign.

TI5A is located about 30 north of San Jose & takes about 3 hours to make the trip.

The drop off to EU / USA East Coast is more pronounced. 160 meter dipole at 130, 80 meter dipole at 110 ft, 80 meter sloper hung abt 120 ft, 2 element 40 fixed N at 130 ft., 2 element quad for 20/15/10 on 70 ft tower, 4 element ten yagi about 35 feet.

Yes it did RAIN in 2004. Never in 2005 - just super hot and humid.

Looking NE over the drop off into valley. Sunrise Monday after contest.
