Capodicasa Named ARRL Customer Service Manager

New Customer Service/Circulation Department Manager Kathy Capodicasa, N1GZO, helps a member with a question. She said the new software the department is using should help her department satisfy member inquiries more quickly and more professionally.

NEWINGTON, CT, Jan 28, 2003--Kathy Capodicasa, N1GZO, has been promoted to Customer Service/Circulation Manager at ARRL Headquarters, overseeing the department that handles the distribution of three League publications. She takes over for recently promoted Debra Jahnke, who was named ARRL Sales Manager several months ago.

"The Circulation Department has always been an excellent environment for fulfilling members' needs," Capodicasa said. "As manager, I want to maintain the high standards of the department and the excellent record of customer service the staff has had over the years. I want to continue that tradition."

She noted that the department is integrating a new computer system to help manage the distribution of the three periodicals her department handles--QST, QEX and NCJ. In addition to that challenge, she's working on getting acquainted with the large number of forms and tracking statistics it takes to get members their periodicals in the most efficient and timely manner. "It's wonderful to have Deb Jahnke in the building, as she's such a wonderful resource," Capodicasa said of her former boss, who served as Circulation Manager for 17 years.

Capodicasa has worked at League headquarters in various capacities since 1987 and most recently held the posts of Senior Fulfillment Supervisor and Circulation Supervisor. A Connecticut native, she holds a bachelor's degree in management from Central Connecticut State University. She and husband Steve Capodicasa, ARRL Warehouse Supervisor, live with their dog, Ryker.

Capodicasa ARRL Müşteri Servis Müdürü

Newington,CT,28Ocak2003 – Kathy Capodicasa, N1GZO, üç ayrı yayın kuruluşunun dağıtımını üstlenerek ARRL merkezinde Müşteri Servisinde Sirkülasyon Müdürlüğüne terfi etti. Bunu,aylar önce ARRL Satış Müdürü olan Debra Jahnke’den teslim aldı.

Capodicasa “Sirkülasyon bölümü her zaman üyelerin ihtiyaçlarına cevap veren mükemmel bir çevre olmuştur” dedi.

“Müdür olarak,bölümün yüksek standartlarını muhafaza etmek isterim ve müşteri servis personelinin sahip olduğu mükemmel kayıtları devam ettirmek istiyorum” dedi.

Bölüm, QST,QEX ve NCJ adlı mecmuaların dağıtımına yardımcı olabilmek için yeni bir bilgisayar sistemini tamamlıyor.Bu bilgiye ilaveten,çok sayıda formları ve istatistikleri izleyerek,üyelerine en fazla faydalı ve uygun mecmuaları tanımaya çalışıyor.

Capodicasa,Eski patronu Sirkülasyon Müdürü hakkında bu şekilde konuştu.

Capodicasa,1987 den beri çeşitli yayın merkezlerinde çalıştı ve geçenlerde Kıdemli Denetçi ve Sirkülasyon Denetçisi hizmetlerinde bulundu.

Connecticut doğumlu,Central Connecticut Eyalet Üniversitesinden İdare lisans eğitimi yaptı.Kendisi, kocası Steve Capodicasa (Ambar Denetçisi) ve köpekleri Ryker ile yaşamaktadır.
