SKYROS ISLAND
At the East Med, at central of the Aegean Archipelago, and the southernmost of the Sporades Group, Skyros island with the 209 square kilometers is the largest of the Sporades while population is about 3000. It’s part of Evoia island region.
Most of the north part of the island covered by forest, while the south part is rocky. Island capital is Chora and the main island post called Linaria.
