Welcome to the Hellenic Amateur Radio Web Ring
This ring was started in June of 1998, to link together as many as possible
Amateur Radio operators and their Websites.
The Hellenic Amateur Radio Web Ring contains list of user homepages, all
linked together in a circular fashion. From any Ring site one can click on a
Next Site button to reach the next page in the ring. Continually doing
so would eventually bring you back to where you started, after navigating
the entire ring. One can also jump over the next site to the following page
or get a list of the next five pages, allowing one to continue in the ring
when a page or system is unreachable.
The criteria to become part of the this Web Ring are:
You must be a licensed Greek Amateur Radio operator or Short
Wave Listener or an Amateur Radio operator of Greek Origin licensed
elsewere in the world, or an operator who somehow relates to Greece.
You must display the ring fragment on the same page that you
submitted...Please be careful when submitting your URL...
If your site meets the above criteria, please process to
the instructions below.
I reserve the right to NOT accept any site I do not like or feel is
not appropriate
Use "Join Ring" bellow to register your site...This will put your
page in the Hellenic Amateur Radio Web Ring 'Database', where it will
remain until I visit your site... This does not insert you in the ring.
You will be notified by email when you are accepted...
Once you register your site you will recieve an e-mail confirming your page has been added to the Hellenic Amateur Radio Web Ring database along with the html code which you must place on your page. Once you and receive the fragment, please place it on the page you submited. When I confirm your page, generally within a week of your signing up, I will at that point add you to the ring. If the fragment is not there, you will be deleted and must reapply to join.
After checking out your page, and the ring code is up. You should then receive an e-mail telling you that you've been added.
That's it! You should now be able to navigate the entire ring until to make it back to your own page (although it may take a while).
