This is typical scenery in the Southern Sinai.
The mountains are 600 million years old
unlike those in the Northern Sinai which are
much younger.
Although appearing to be wild all camels in
the Sinai are domesticated and are valuable
possessions of the Bedhouin people.
This youngster is abiding by the rules of the
road as he walks along the road to
St. Catherines.
