On 23 April 2011, the 2011 Virginia QSO Party log scoring party was held at the QTH of Gordon, NQ4K. All paper logs are reviewed for completeness and correct scoring. The metadata from the logs (e.g., call sign, score, category, etc.) is then transcribed into a spreadsheet with the data from the electronic log scoring program (developed by Henry, K2BFY). The meta data is then posted to the web for review and comment.
