2010 Virginia QSO Party

Advertising is a significant effort prior to the VQP.  SPARC sends out emails, makes telephone calls, posts announcements, and mails flyers.

For the 2010 VQP, Bud, W4KSN, hosted the flyer stuffing party at his QTH on 22 Jan 10.
