2001 VA QSO Party
SPARC will host the Virginia QSO Party March 16 - 18, 2002. Contest times are from 1800 UTC on March 16 through 0200 UTC on March 18.
Frequencies: 160 meters and up, except no WARC band QSO's permitted. Complete rules for 2002 may be found on the Club website www.qsl.net/sterling.

SPARC will operate K4NVA for the Virginia QSO Party from the QTH of Dick, W2YE, in Leesburg. We will have two or three transmitters available from the start time of 1:00 PM Saturday afternoon, March 16th, through the end time of 9:00 PM Sunday evening, except for late Saturday night and early Sunday morning. This will be a low key, fun type operation although we do want to make K4NVA available to as many stations as possible, since there is a 500 point bonus for working the club station. If you would like to participate, please call or email Dick(703-443-0522 or W2YE@arrl.net) and let him know what time(s) you would be available (Sat PM, Sat eve, Sun AM, Sun PM, Sun eve) and what your operating preference(s) would be (CW, Phone, Log, observe/kibitz).
All are welcome, except that if you are allergic to, or uncomfortable around, dogs and cats, you should probably not come.
