I would like to congratulate Jim Parks on his upgrade to General

at the Manassas Hamfest. The clubs pool of Tech's is getting very small.

Manassas hamfest is in June so the members who do go will need to check in with Dick at the table to see if he needs a break.

- Also this is the ARRL VHF/UHF contest weekend. Those with 6 meter and 2 meter SSB/CW get on the air. If 6 meters stays as it has been, some good openings may happen. Double hop to the west coast and people have been working across the pond in the last couple of weeks. Check it out in QST or on the ARRL site.
