The class was taught at the Sheriff's Substation in Sterling, VA.

"Another beautiful fall weekend is behind us - as is another successful SPARC Tech Class!
A huge vote of thanks to our excellent Instructors Gordon N4QK, John W3XWT, Larry W8ANT and Suzin N8SEM. And to Gordon N4QK for the bountiful coffee each day, and Evan KM4SK for the extensive Class/Exam outreach and dissemination!
We had seven Tech Class registrants, of whom:
— Four actually attended the Class and took the Exam
— One couldn’t make it to the Class and Exam due to a family medical situation
— One couldn’t join the Class but took the Exam
— One cancelled participation for the Class and the Exam.
We plan to offer the next Tech Class in Feb 2024 - dates to be fixed in consultation with all of you!

Amit, WY2Z, was the class coordinator. He had to start preparing for the class about two months before its start.
First up was Gordon, NQ4K. He taught T8 - Signals and Emissions and T7 - Practical Circuits.
Continuing Saturday morning, Amit, WY2Z, taught T4 - Amateur Radio Practices, T0 - Safety. After lunch, Amit continued with T1 - Commission's Rules
Late afternoon, John, W3XWT, taught T5 - Electrical Principles, and T6 - Electronic and Electrical Components.
Early Sunday morning, Larry, W8ANT, and Suzin, N8SEM,taught T2 - Operating Procedures, T3 - Radio Wave Propagation, and T9 - Antennas and Feed Lines.
