Mike, WB8RDN, was the VE coordinator. The other VEs were: Red, N3TG; Duane, K4UW; Amit, WY2Z; Gordon, NQ4K; Earl, KB0NRK; Tod, KN4BGX; and Steve, KN4BGW.
Again, we held two sessions during the examination. The students in the class started their examination at 1300 and the examination-only license candidates started at 1400. Once again,this worked out very well,

Of those in the Tech class, 12 of the 13 students passed Tech.
One from the Tech class did not pass the Tech exam.
Eleven from the Tech Class also tried General but none passed General.
Of those NOT in the Tech Class that took exams later in the day,
there were 3 new Techs, 5 new Generals and 2 new Extras.
One man who took both Tech and General got a perfect score on both exams, very impressive.

Malcolm, K2HRM, arrives and talks to Mike, WB8RDN. Malcolm took his Tech exam in 1954 and thus is eligible for an upgrade to the general license without taking the current general examination.
