Remote Ops from the top of Buckhorn Mtn.

Remote Operations for Memorial Day Boat Races. Somewhere down in those valleys is a river with a Memorial Day Weekend Boat Race running on it. The topology in Southern Oregon resembles the most wrinkled prune you have ever seen. As a for instance, I live at 1000 feet. Buckhorn Mountain Remote Station for Boat Race

ARES Trailer in operation. Contained in there is a complete HF/VHF/UHF voice station, VHF Packet station and a VHF repeater. Push-up mast in the back is multiple purpose, VHF vertical mounts in the top, NVIS HF antenna can be strung from attach points below the VHF mount. There are three other push-up antenna mounts for VHF/UHF antennas, one of the VHF antenna masts is in use on the side.
