Comment on contest Estonian VHF/UHF/SHF Open 2002 de SM0LCB/7
Hello ES open operators and all others also!
The week before the 23cm contest were very nice. Several days with
fine conds. But during the contest the conds were gone. Never heard
the ES0SHF beacon during the contest. Only SK7MHL and SK7MHH heard.
During the last two hours I was QRT.
During the 2m contest the conds seems to increse. I must have a weak
reciever here. I always get 599 and give 519-559 sometimes 599 (?).
Good activity first 3 hours and I rotated the antenna a lot. Last
3 hours the antenna were more or less fixed towards Estonia 52-65 deg.
Were calling CQ in 144.0435 MHz but not many QSO. Seems that the
activity decreased last two hours. Work many ES-station only once.
Maybe my direction is not the most active from ES...
