Thank you for visiting our Skywarn web Site.

Saint Lucie County Skywarn, was created to assist the National Weather Service
in Melbourne Florida, as well as the National Hurricane Center in Miami Florida with weather reports from amateur and non amateur radio spotters alike. Reports may be sent in using the 146.925 repeater located in Port Saint Lucie West Florida, scanner listeners can also listen to these reports here as well, and they are also sent to our coordinator via telephone or fax by our non amateur radio operator spotters.

We are extremely proud to have been recently recognized by the Department of Home Land Security as a volunteer weather reporting entity.

And to have been honored as an Associate Member with the American Meteorological Society.
