Bowman Repeater Information


The Bowman Amateur repeater(145.310-) is located on the Twin Buttes just
 north of Bowman.
The following is a short list of the commands for the Bowman Amateur
 repeater.

  269 Connects the Bowman repeater to the superlink backbone.
 1269 Disconnects the bowman repeater from the superlink.
   11 Disconnects the Bowman repeater and any other connected 
        repeaters from the superlink. (BE CAREFUL WITH THIS ONE!)
   35 Gives the time in male speech.
   36 Gives the time in female speech.
   37 Gives the indoor temperature.
   38 Gives the outdoor temperature.
    5 Followed by any sequence of numbers (or letters) on your DTMF pad.
        They will be read back to you if the  repeater heard them. This 
        works good to see if you are in range for an auto patch .           		
    * Followed by any 7 digit phone number will cause that number to be 
        dialed. The number must be entered right after the star.  Don't 
        unkey and  wait for the dial tone. It don't  work like the old one.
        You can also dial 1-800  numbers.
