On the 3rd Tuesday, the HRT NCO will also be the NCO for the SCC ARPSC net.

As always, field stations are urged to check in and test readability of county-wide stations.  If volunteers are available other hospitals and/or Emergency Communication Centers (ECC) may be present.

For each of the 3 hospitals there is a Hospital Coordinator. They are responsible for providing NCO's for the HRT/ARHEC nets.
