Albert Cowles of Ferndale, passed away  peacefully at his residence on
Friday,  December 23, 2006. He was 77.

 He was the son of Mr.
and Eva Adams  Cowles. He was born March 2, 1929 in  Hartford,
Conn.

 He was a Mechanic for Skaters World, a  member of the
Sullivan County Airplane  Club, and had an Amateur Radio License for
the FCC, Sullivan County Radio Control Club  and was a member of the
Academy of Model  Aeronautics.

 Survivors include his companion
of 35  years, Ann V. Blake and her children.

 The family will
receive friends on January  7, 2007 at from 12 noon to 1 p.m. at
Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State  Route 52,
Woodbourne.

 A Memorial service will follow at 1 p.m.  in the
funeral home with the Rev. Robert  Pinto officiating.
