This year the SANDRA Picnic will be held in conjunction with the annual Ham Radio Roundup at the Kearny Mesa Recreation Center.   Pack up a lunch and come join us.  SANDRA will have some soda's available on a first come-first serve basis.  There should be plenty of BBQ grills around if you need to use one. Coming to the Kearny Mesa Rec Center on October 20, 2001: The annual Ham Radio Roundup. Event times are 10am until 3pm, with setup at 7:30am.  This years roundup will feature many of the area clubs and agencies that we as hams serve. From satellite displays to t-hunts, to aprs. From hf bands to 6 meters. If it's ham radio related, odds are it will be there. We also hope to have a Boy Scout troop operating Jamboree on the Air, an annual event where scouts make contact with other scouts, and hams around the globe.  Come one, come all.
