I was born in June 1963
in Kranj and I started with Amateur radio activity
in year 1993 ( maybe too
late .. hi ) and I got licence for third class ( E class ),
only 144 MHz
& up. My first call was S56JFV. I was most active on 145 MHz on
FM local
contests and also 144 MHz SSB international contests. After one year I
decided
to upgrade my licence to second class operator and I passed CW test and
become
S57MTA. I am member of Radio club Kranj - S59BDE - and also one of
members
of Contest group Blegos - S53D - active on each important international
VHF
& UP contest from Mt. Blegos 1563 m a.s.l. only in summer time. In last
time
I tried to find something new, so I decided to work on 50 MHz. I build
DJ9BV
6 element Yagi antena and Xvert from 144 MHz down and I started with
work on
band. Till now I collect 76 DXC countries. I also work on some HF
contests, not
serious, but if I can, I give points to everyone in contest,
so You can hear me also
on HF. My next project is to put up small tower with
rotor and some antennas for
HF, 50 MHz and 144 MHz and maybe 432 MHz on it.
I can confirm Our QSO through
Bureau ( for me is this the best way ) or also
direct way if You can. I also
confirm QSO via e-qsl system http://www.eqsl.cc
but
now I have some problems with my internet connection. In future I will
put
whole log into e-qsl sistem.
Because my page is still in construction I put only few pictures on.

The weather was nice only for few hours, after that heavy storm
with heavy rain.
I
like to go sometimes also to portable operation on 50 MHz. Antenna is 6 el DJ9BV
home
made and gives excellent results. Rig is Xvert home made with 8 W output.
My
second great hobby are Slovenian mountains and also climbing on them.
