Here are few things I do think are very useful. So, please read it to avoid any troubles in the future.

During the past 15 years each and every year operation quality of HAM's is getting worse and worse. I can't improve skills of other people, but I'll try to handle the 'jungle' as much as I can. So, to anyone who will call me; you are the one who want to contact me, not vice versa.

Remember that ...

That's the reason why you should play by my rules. So do not call when I transmit, do not break when I do call a particular station and please listen - don't act like an idiot. Remember the HAM spirit! If you are not able to reach me for any reason, do not make intentional qrm and do not act like a policeman. You are making my part even harder, as it is on the 'right' side of a pile up, when I am trying to pick one call among dozen's calling me at the same time.

I'll try to do my best to accommodate you, but please don't expect miracles. If you already have this country confirmed - give the average guy with a 100W a chance instead.

Once more - listen, listen and listen some more!

Stations persistently calling out of area, or out turn will be ignored & will have their callsigns flagged with qru by the logging software - that mean no qsl card under any circumstances. Why? Very simply. You are depriving someone else of a qso.

Split operation is probably the only way to handle the situation, so listen a few KHz up.

The best thing you can do is to give your last two & then full call on contact (even if we'll operate by the numbers). Call only once and then listen. I shall come back with the partial of a call that I have copied. The reason for doing so is to avoid the inevitable chaos resulting from losing the rhythm of calling and listening.

A little patience & common courtesy does go a long way.

Do not ask for another mode/frequency - I'll not honor it. Do not ask for my callsign, or info - listen. All the necessary information are available on the home page or @ qrz and buckmaster.

CW: Please use full break-in qsk if you are able & standby if requested. Call only once with a full callsign. Speed is 25 wpm. Your chances are much better, if you do use full break in & listen.

This is not a multiple operator DX-pedition, please do not expect me to act like one.

The minimum requirement for a qso is a two way on air exchange of callsign/RS-t.

If the qrm become too crazy, I will qsy. It's the easiest way to deal with it, right? But, is it the most proper one for all yl/ham's around the globe? It's up to you, to decide ...
