To get your QSL direct, please enclose:

1. 1 IRC

2. 1 USD

3. Mint post stamps of your country in an amount for 1 air mail letter.

Direct requests with no postage go the QSL bureau box.

If you wish to have your QSL back via the registered letter,
please enclose 3 IRCs or 3 USD.

ATTENTION
to those who send their cards via the buro!

I receive QSL cards from the Russian QSL Bureau 1-2 times per year. To send return cards I have to pay for each
outgoing QSL. Sending a few hundred of cards each time makes a sum that I cannot afford.
Anyway, I reply via the bureau once a year paying for them from the extra return postage that some guys send me with their direct requests.

Therefore, please don't send second QSLs earlier than a year after your QSO.
