146.520 Simplex - Use in place of repeater failure. Monitor for short range communications

Communications will begin using the 146.850 repeater.
At some point in the race primary communications will switch to one of the other repeaters.
Announcement will be made on the air, and coordinated by Net Control.



Time coordination is verified thru WWV and WWVB, using the "Atomic Clock" run by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
