We thank them for generously allowing us to use their facilities for our meetings.

At the November Meeting we will vote on the following changes to the bylaws:

Article VII
Officers

Section 4 Duties of Officers

c) Secretary-Treasurer

(1)

CURRENT: With the approval of members or the Board of Directors, all expenditures up to $100.00 will be paid by the Secretary-Treasurer.

CHANGE TO: Routine expenses up to $100.00 will be paid by the Secretary-Treasurer from the club’s checking account. New expenses must be approved by a vote of the members or the Board of Directors. The Secretary-Treasurer may sign checks for amounts of $100.00 and above based upon the approval of the members or the Board of Directors.

ADD

(2) The transfer of money from the club’s savings account to the club’s checking account, or the withdrawal of funds from the savings account, shall require a vote of the members or the Board of Directors.

Committees

Section 4 Signing of the Checks

CURRENT: The Board of Directors shall designate persons to sign checks with each check requiring two (2) signatures.
