Field Day: Chuck reported a problem with Field Day because the dup file turned into a wave file, maybe a Windows 95 to Vista problem. He needs a copy of everyone’s logs. Derrick reported the numbers they are reporting, which result in a QSO score of 1224, and with 600 bonus points added, the total is 1824 point. There were 202 CW contacts and 66 QSO’s.
Old Business: The August meeting was moved to the church’s library, where RGARC could meet in the future, but it was decided to tell them that RGARC wants to continue meeting in the Fellowship Hall, starting at 6:30 with a social period prior to the meeting at 7:00.
New Business: The issue of the Secretary/Treasurer being able to access the club’s savings account was discussed. Carmen will contact the bank and check the by-laws. Records and money from the swap fest were provided and transferred for deposit.
