  7.000 -  7.100 MHz
14.000 - 14.350 MHz
21.000 - 21.450 MHz
28.000 - 29.700 MHz

Note: As the authorities have not announced an official bandplan
for HF, RAST recommends and endorses the bandplan as proposed by
the IARU Region 3.
