3-4 of July will be Russian VHF Field day

Here is the rules:

R U L E S "Field Day Open" (UHF) 
1. Contest is open for licensed radioamateurs of the world. 
2. Contest is held by Krenkel Central Radioclub of Russia. 
3. Date: first full weekend of July. 
4. Time: 14.00 UTC Saturday - 14.00 UTC Sunday. 
6. Entry: 
	A- single operator- single band; 
	B- single operator- multi bands; 
	C- multi operators- single band; 
	D- multi operators- multi bands. 

7. Participants are located in "field conditions". 
	Any type of power supply is allowed. 

8. Bands: 144-146, 430-440, 1260-1300 and 5650-5670 MHz.

9. Mode: Any mode allowed. Using of active re-translators is prohibited. 
	The same station can be worked once per band. 

10. Exchange: QSO number separately by bands and QRA-locator. 

11. Scoring: One point per kilometer between correspondents. 
	The sum of points in 430 MHz band is multiplied by factor 1.1, in 1.2 GHz- 1.2, 5.6 GHz- 1.3. 
	QSO with a correspondent, whose log was not received by Contest Committee, gives points, 
	if his callsign is in three logs of other participants. 

12. Awards: Each entry top scorers- prize and sertificate. 2nd and 3rd scorers- sertificate. 
13. Contest log should be sent during 30 days after contest to 
	Field Day Contest Committee of Krenkel Central Radioclub, P.O. Box 88, Moscow, Russia.
