The QCWW annual meeting for 2004 was held at the Lord Elgin Hotel in Ottawa, Canada during the QCWA annual convention. Vice-President Janice K4IJK was the Presiding Officer. Also, present were Secretary/Treasurer, Blanche W4GXZ; members: Frances VE3HKG; Larry WA9JMO; Bob N0UF; Harold W1EES; and Ann VE3HAI. Guest Jean VE3CBQ attended as well. President Caroline WB0OUM was unable to attend.

Janice K4IJK opened the meeting and asked those present to introduce themselves.

Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.

Blanche W4GXZ announced that she had to relinquish the Secretary/Treasurer’s job this year. Ann VE3HAI agreed to handle the Secretary part of the job and Larry agreed to take on the Treasurer’s job. Frances VE3HKG agreed to contact Caroline WB0OUM to ensure that she would continue as President and Janice K4IJK agreed to another term as Vice-President.

The 2005 annual meeting was scheduled to be held during the QCWA Cruise to Alaska.

Following a period of socializing, the meeting was adjourned.
