QCWW, Chapter 12Ø meeting minutes QCWA Convention, Friday, November 2, 2ØØ1

QCWW, Chapter 12Ø meeting convened in the theater on board the Holland America Westerdam cruise ship on Friday, November 2, 2ØØ1 with member Larry McCalvy, WA9JMO calling the meeting to order. Members in attendance on the 8-day cruise included: Vice-President Joan Peters, KA4DPW; Kay Eyman, WAØWOF; Harold Chase, W1EES; Wes Randles, W4COW; Blanche Randles, W4GXZ; Ancel Norris, W4KF; Jan Scheuerman, WA2YL (formerly KJ4N); Jerrie Stonier, K6INK; Ruby LaRue, W7JZA; Larry McCalvy, WA9JMO; Cleo Bracket, KØJFO; Leland Smith, W5KL; Helen Smith, WA5WAR; and Carolyn Harrison, WBØOUM.

The meeting was brief. A motion was made and seconded to nominate Joan Peters, KA4DPW for 2ØØ2 President. No other nomination for the office president was made. Nomination for president was closed and Joan was declared elected as QCWW, Chapter 12Ø President for 2ØØ2.

The next meeting was scheduled for the 2ØØ2 QCWA Convention in Orlando, Florida during the last Saturday in October 2ØØ2.

A motion was made and second to closed the meeting.
