The meeting of the Quarter Century Wireless Women Chapter #12Ø was called to order at 1Ø:25AM Oct 14, 2ØØØ by the President Dot Beam, K4PPS. There were 26 members and guests present.

The Treasures report was read and approved.

The President asked for volunteers. We need a Vice President, Joan Peters, KA4DPW, volunteered. Dot thanked her and welcomed her aboard.

During the meeting Dot was privilaged to welcome seven new members.

There was discussion on next years meeting. The convention next year being held aboard a ship while crusing the caribbean. Several of those present plan to go. No decision was made and the president will make arrangements as more specifics are known.

Jim, W7LVN will get a write-up and pictures of this meeting for the Spring Journal.

Bob Roske, ACØL has volunterred to be the Certificate Custodian.

Larry McCalvy, WA9JMO has volunteered as editor of Sylver Sparks and Dot also thanked him and welcomed him aboard. Larry will get pictures and the minutes of this meeting in the next issue of Sylver Sparks. He wil also see that the new members get copies of Sylver Sparks.
