Fatos relevantes: O Iraque é detentor da segunda maior reserva mudial de petróleo, e os Estados Unidos importam 50% que consomem. Agravante: A ONU não foi levada em consideração em suas resoluções para esse ataque, o presidente americano Geoge W. Bush autorizou o ataque.
