They are still giving the propagation conditions/forecast etc at 14 minutes after. Thus we can no longer obtain advance warning of possible flares, magnetic storms, etc. The Weekly Solar Bulletin from Boulder is now disclosing a larger amount of new Cycle (Cycle 21) active regions. As they occur at higher solar latitudes (i.e., more distant from the solar equator), they are easily noted among the Cycle 20 regions that virtually hug the equator now. However, Swiss forecasts still have the smoothed numbers going down as of October.
