         There has been some definite Cycle 21 spot groups appearing, but
         they have been small and short-lived.

         For the mostpart, it takes a bit of geomagnetic activity to push
         the F2 MUF's over 30 MHz in any direction these days. This will
         likely be the poorest spring in that respect since 1964.

         The good levels of Mar 6-7 came very near 2 solar rotations after
         the very large Jan 10 events.
